The support agent has been right on top of my problem every day for several weeks. We have exchanged numerous messages, files and test reports. He has not let a day go by without letting me know the status of my issue, requesting new tests or giving me some technical suggestions.
His professionalism and persistence to assist me was refreshing. You just don't get that kind of assistance from every company!
