My role is to train and work with distributors to help them sell Acronis products.       • This position, based in Poland (Home Office) is specially focused on working with and supporting the sales team from a technical perspective. You will be an integral part of the sales cycle helping to overcome challenging technical questions and issues. You will also be working closely with our partners’ technical resources and will be responsible for making sure that their technical knowledge on Acronis products is up-to-date and accurate.       • The main role of the Pre-Sales Engineer is to facilitate the sales process with end-users and resellers by providing expert advice and support during the evaluation stages
      • Provide departments with consulting and technical support. Help to provide recommendations and suggest answers to different issues based on an understanding of the software’s capabilities, best practices, and the customer’s technical requirements and expected benefits
      • Train end-users and resellers to use our software via online webex demos
      • Technical presentations for customers
      • Support pre & post sales issues including, but not limited to:
        • Troubleshooting
        • Providing written & oral instruction on the usage of the products
        • Recommending best practices for different customer environments
        • Attending Trade Shows as needed

      Profile

      • 2-4 years’ experience in a Pre-Sales Engineering position and ready for the next step. Experience preferably through channel partners, experience in storage, backup, DR software ideal
      • Knowledge in virtualization, particularly back-up and recovery in virtualized environments plus a Full understanding of the competitive landscape
      • Strong field experience
      • Ability to understand customer requirements and articulate a value proposition based on our existing and future offering
      • Aptitude for quick learning of technical and procedural topic
      • Mature and very independent worker focused on deliverables
